大学是培养社会主义现代化建设人才的重要基地。加强校园交通安全管理是保障师生人身安全、构建平安和谐校园、提升教育质量的需要。本文从分析高校校园交通安全存在的问题入手,从健全运行管理体系、完善交通基础设施、加大宣传教育力度等方面提出了加强和改进高校校园交通安全工作的对策。

Universities are important places to cultivate talents for socialist modernization. It is of great significance to strengthen campus traffic safety management, as it is a requirement of en-suring the personal safety of teachers and students, constructing a safe and harmonious campus, and improving the quality of edu-cation. This paper analyzes the problems and proposes counter-measures about campus traffic management. These countermea-sures include improving the operational system, construction of transport infrastructure, and strengthening propaganda.
