社区常见慢性病血清同型半胱氨酸水平的分析

Analysis the level of serum homocysteine in common chronic diseases in community elderly residents

目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸水平在社区常见慢性病(糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、冠心病)中的临床应用价值。方法对2015年1-10月期间在上海市浦东新区沪东社区卫生服务中心进行同型半胱氨酸水平检测的1 605例常见慢性病患者资料进行回顾性研究。另选取117例健康体检者作为健康对照组。采用循环酶法测定同型半胱氨酸水平。结果糖尿病、高血压、冠心病和高脂血症组血清同型半胱氨酸的平均水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),同型半胱氨酸水平和年龄均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论社区常见慢性病患者中血清同型半胱氨酸升高是1个重要的危险因素。因此,应加强血清中同型半胱氨酸水平的检查,积极干预,减缓疾病的发展。

Objective To investigate the level of serum homocysteine（Hcy）in common chronic diseases（diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease）and its clinical application value in the community elderly residents.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the common chronic disease of 1 605 patients who detected Hcy in our center from January 2015 to October 2015.Another 117 healthy subjects served as normal control group.Hcy was detected by cyclic enzymatic method.ResultsThe average level of Hcy in serum of patients with diabetes,hypertension,coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia was higher than that in the health examination group,and the level of Hcy was positively correlated with age（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high level of serum Hcy is an important risk factor in common chronic diseases in the community elderly residents,and it should strengthen the examination of Hcy and active intervention to slow down the development of the disease.
