摘要 目的探讨老年白血病患者中枢神经系统并发症诊断中应用MRI检查的价值,为日后的临床诊断提供参考指导。方法选择我院2013年1月至2015年2月收治的老年白血病患者120例为研究对象,所有患者均经过病理诊断,确诊为中枢神经系统并发症。应用随机数字表法将120例患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者应用MRI检查,对照组患者采用CT检查,对比两种方法的诊断符合率。结果观察组患者检查结果与病理诊断的符合率为100.0%,对照组患者检查结果与病理诊断的符合率为86.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年白血病患者出现中枢神经系统并发症的几率较高,通过对患者实施MRI检查,能显著提高诊断准确率,不仅速度较快,还不会对患者造成任何创伤,建议在临床中推广应用。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI on elderly leukemia patients with central nervous system complications. Methods One hundred and twenty elderly leukemia patients with central nervous system complications were selected as study objects. All the patients were diagnosed as central nervous system complications after pathological diagnosis. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random method, the observation group received MRI examination, and the control group accepted CT examination. The diagnosis coincidence rate of two methods were compared. Results The pathological diagnosis coincidence rate of the observation group was 100.0%, while that of the control group was 86.7%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The incidence rate of central nervous system complications in elderly patients with leukemia is higher, and the implementation of MRI for patients can improve the diagnosis coincidence rate, it is fast, and does not cause any trauma, it suggested for wide application in future clinical diagnosis.
