目的研究医用耗材集中招标采购的实践与优化对策。方法在本文的研究中采用的是文献分析与临床资料归纳整理法。结果推动集中化的医用耗材模式发展,是破解我国当前看病贵的重要途径,也是提高医院服务满意度优化医患关系的重要措施。针对当前我国在医用耗材集中采购中存在的实际问题,医院以及政府部门应当共同编制出,符合医院实际的医用耗材集中采购规范流程,并建立起完善的监督与制约体系。医院内部和医院之间应当加强合作,从而提高对外采购的议价能力,降低综合采购成本。优化投标审查流程,引入信息化的审查模式,有利于降低投标企业的负担。结论必须推动医用耗材集中招标采购制度的规范化与科学化发展,从而促进医院服务提升改善医患关系。

Objective To study the practice and optimized countermeasures to centralized bidding and purchasing of medical consumables. Methods Literature analysis and clinical data generalization were used in the study. Results Promoting the development of centralized medical supplies mode is an important way to solve the high cost treatment, which is also an important measure to improve hospital service satisfaction and the relationship between doctors and patients. In view of the actual problems currently existing in the centralized bidding and purchasing of medical consumables, hospitals and government should jointly formulate the standards process of centralized bidding and purchasing of medical consumables accorded with the practice of hospital, and establish a perfect supervision and restraint system. Hospital should strengthen the cooperation between hospital and internal, so as to improve the bargaining power of foreign procurement, and reduce procurement cost. To optimize the bid review process and introduce the informatization review mode can reduce the burden of the bidding enterprise. Conclusion The study shows that promoting the standardized and scientific development of centralized bidding and purchasing of medical consumables is necessary, only in this way, hospital service and the relationship between doctors and patients would be improved.
