鼠神经生长因子联合单唾液酸神经节苷脂治疗脑性瘫痪的疗效观察

STUDY ON THE EFFECTION OF MOUSE NERVE GROWTH FACTOR WITH MONOSIALOGANGLIOSIDE ON TREATING CEREBRAL PALSY

目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子联合单唾液酸神经节苷脂治疗脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法:60例脑性瘫痪的患儿,随机分为常规运动康复训练(单纯运动组)及常规运动康复训练基础上加用鼠神经生长因子组(单种药物组)和常规运动康复训练基础上加用鼠神经生长因子联合单唾液酸神经节苷脂组(联合药物组),每组均为20例。随访3年。采用Gesell发育量表测评治疗前后三组患儿发育商(DQ)疗效差异。结果:药物组疗效优于单纯运动组,联合药物组疗效明显优于单种药物组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子联合单唾液酸神经节苷脂治疗脑性瘫痪的中枢神经损伤中具有协同作用,可缩短脑瘫治疗恢复时间及更好疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the efficacy of Mouse nerve growth factor with Monosialoganglioside on treating cerebral palsy（CP）. Method 60 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into regular exercise rehabilitation training group（simple movement group） and monotherapy group which adding mouse nerve growth on the basis of regular exercise rehabilitation training group and concomitant therapy gtoup which adding Monosialoganglioside on the basis of monotherapy group,20 cases in each group. Follow up of 3 years. comparing the development quotient（DQ） of patients in these groups according adopting the Gesell developmental scale before and after treatment. Results The drug therapy groups were better than simple movement group and the concomitant therapy gtoup was better than monotherapy group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is synergetic action between Mouse nerve growth factor and Monosialoganglioside on shorting recovery time and accelerating the recovery of the central nerve damage of cerebral palsy and it is worthy to be used widely.
