2型糖尿病患者心脏局部收缩功能的超声斑点追踪评价分析

Evaluation of local systolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes by ultrasound speckle tracking

目的:评价分析2型糖尿病患者心脏局部收缩功能的超声斑点追踪。方法:选择92例2型糖尿病患者设为观察组,再选择同期门诊收治的92例健康体检者设为对照组,对比两组超声斑点追踪结果。结果:观察组基底段、中段和心尖段、整体左室收缩期纵向应变值明显比对照组低,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组二尖瓣、乳头肌、心尖等水平和整体左室收缩期径向应变值明显比对照组低,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者应用超声斑点追踪技术可以准确评价2型糖尿病患者心脏局部收缩功能,这种评价方法对患者不会造成创伤,还能及早发现2型糖尿病患者心肌病变情况,值得借鉴推广。

Objective To evaluate the type 2 diabetic patients cardiac systolic function speckle tracking. Method 92 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as observation group,and then the same period clinic treated 92 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,compared two groups of speckle tracking results. Results The basal,middle and apical segments of the overall left ventricular systolic longitudinal strain was significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）; the observation group mitral valve,papillary muscle,and other apex level and overall left ventricular systolic radial strain was significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients with speckle tracking technology can accurately assess type 2 diabetes patients with localized cardiac systolic function,this evaluation method will not cause trauma to the patient,but also the early detection of type2 diabetes myocardial lesions,is worth learning promotion.
