基于冲突理论视角看针对CBA裁判的越轨行为

On the deviant behaviors against the CBA referee from the perspective of conflict theory

针对CBA赛场上频发的教练员、球员、观众等因不满裁判员判罚而对裁判做出越轨行为的现象,结合科赛社会冲突论的观点,运用文献资料法等来解析其中的原因以及寻找解决措施。研究结果显示:CBA赛场上与裁判的冲突大致可以分为现实冲突与非现实冲突、外群体冲突、意识形态下的冲突3种类型。建议正视冲突的正功能,规范冲突过程中的越轨行为,发挥"安全阀"制度的功效,反思裁判的执裁能力,促进群体内部的整合。

In view of the frequent occurrence of deviant behaviors against the CBA referee by the coaches,players and audience due to dissatisfaction,and combining Lewis Coser’s social conflict theory,we analyze the reasons and the solving measures using the method of literature mining. The results show that conflicts at the CBA arena can be divided into three types： non realistic conflict and realistic conflict,out- group conflict,and ideological conflict. It is proposed that we face up to the positive function of conflicts,restrain deviant behaviors in the process of conflict,make ＂ relief valve＂ system play efficacy,reflect the referee judging ability,and promote the integration within the group.
