中医药治疗膝骨关节炎研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

膝骨关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种以膝关节软骨面的退行性变和继发性骨质增生为改变的慢性、进展性膝关节疾病,临床上以中老年人发病多见。随着社会人口老龄化的加剧,KOA的高发病率、低治愈率严重影响中老年人的活动能力和生活质量。据近5年来中西医药治疗KOA的相关研究报道显示,中医药治疗KOA效果比西药明显、且毒副作用较小,越来越受到关注。因此笔者对近5年中医药治疗KOA的研究进展做一综述,以期对缓解、预防、治疗KOA的临床症状和提高广大中老年患者的生活质量提供相关策略。

Knee osteoarthritis（KOA）is a kind of knee joint cartilage degenerative change and secondary bone hyperplasia in order to change the chronic and progressive knee joint disease,clinically in elderly patients. With the increase of the aging population,the high incidence of KOA,low cure rate seriously affect the activity and quality of life of the elderly. According to nearly 5 years of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of KOA related research reports,traditional Chinese medicine treatment KOA effect is obvious than Western medicine,side effect is small,which attract more and more attention. Therefore,the author according to the recent 5 years of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of KOA research progress to do a review,in order to alleviate the clinical symptoms of KOA and improve the quality of life in majority of elderly patients to provide therapeutic strategies.
