Relationship between Acupuncture Treatment and Related Muscle of Swallowing Disorder

由于吞咽障碍表现的特殊性,脑卒中后吞咽障碍的患者对于口服药物治疗的依从性降低,困难度增加,而治疗吞咽障碍的受限程度及不良反应少,因此,针刺治疗成为临床上治疗吞咽障碍的首选方案。该文旨在探析穴位与吞咽相关肌肉之间的联系,从而更加直观的了解针刺与吞咽障碍相关肌肉之间的联系,为今后对吞咽障碍机理的研究做基础性的探讨。

Due to the particularity of swallowing disorders,patients with dysphagia after stroke for oral drug therapy compliance reduced,increase the degree of difficulty,and the treatment of the limited extent of dysphagia and adverse reactions less. Therefore,acupuncture treatment become the top clinical treatment of dysphagia preferred solution. The aim of this paper is to link of acupuncture and swallowing correlation between muscle and thus more intuitive understanding of acupuncture and swallowing disorder correlation between muscle contact,for the future study of the mechanism of dysphagia.
