五子衍宗丸对精子DNA损伤及精子活力影响及机制 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察五子衍宗丸对精子DNA损伤及精子活力的影响,探讨五子衍宗丸治疗不育症的作用机制。方法:将84例精子DNA损伤患者分为正常对照组、促性腺激素组、五子衍宗丸组,其中促性腺激素组、五子衍宗丸组分别给予促性腺激素、五子衍宗丸干预3个月。采用计算机辅助精子分析(computer-aided sperm analysis,CASA)系统检测精液常规参数,应用流式细胞术进行精子DNA完整性检测。观察五子衍宗丸对精子顶体酶活性及精子形态的影响。使用SPSS 17.0统计软件对治疗后各项指标进行数据分析。结果:治疗3个月后五子衍宗丸组精子总存活率、向前运动精子百分比、精子浓度、DFI以及精子顶体酶活性显著提高;精子形态未发生明显改变。结论:五子衍宗丸能一定程度上改善精子DNA损伤,提高精子活力及精子顶体酶活性。 Objective:To observe the influence of Wuzi Yanzong Wan on sperm DNA damage and sperm vitality,discuss the therapeutic mechanism of Wuzi Yanzong Wan on infertility. Methods:Eighty-four men with sperm DNA damage randomly divided into normal control group,gonadotropin group,Wuzi YanzongWan group. Gonadotropin group and Wuzi Yanzong Wan group were given gonadotropins and Wuzi Yanzong Wan intervention respectively for three months. Semen parameters were measured by computer assisted semen analysis(CASA). And sperm DNA integrity was detected by flow cytometry. Observe the influence of Wuzi Yanzong Wan on the sperm acrosome enzyme activity and the sperm morphology. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software analysis the index data after treatment. Results:After the treatment for three months,the total sperm survival rate,percentage of forward movement sperm,sperm concentration,DFI and sperm acrosome enzyme activity were all increased significantly. Sperm morphology was not changed. Conclusion:Wuzi Yanzong Wan could improve the damage degree of sperm DNA to a certain extent,and may also improve the sperm vitality and sperm acrosome enzyme activity.
