中医特色护理技术对重型颅脑损伤患者顽固性呃逆干预效果

Effect of TCM Nursing Technology on Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients with Intractable Hiccup

目的:探讨中医特色护理技术对于重型颅脑损伤患者顽固性呃逆的临床效果,为临床重型颅脑损伤患者顽固性呃逆提供更好的护理效果。方法:选取本院2014年12月—2015年12月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者且并发顽固性呃逆患者62例进行研究,按照临床试验数字随机的方法将患者分为2组,每组各31例,对照组采用常规的护理模式进行干预,观察组采用中医特色护理技术进行干预,主要包括穴位的按摩、穴位的中药敷贴以及耳穴压豆等中医特色护理技术,经过为期7 d的干预后观察比较两组患者干预后的临床效果以及患者的满意度,并对相关结果进行统计分析。结果:两组患者经护理干预后,均较治疗前有显著的改善,但观察组总有效率为90.32%(28/31),显著高于对照组的70.97%(22/31),两组相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;且观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用中医特色护理技术对重型颅脑损伤患者顽固性呃逆患者效果显著,显著提高患者的满意度,值得临床推荐。

Objective：To investigate the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for clinical outcome in severe craniocerebral injury patients with intractable hiccup,as clinical severe craniocerebral injury patients with intractable hiccup provide better nursing effect. Methods：Select the hospital in December 2014—2015 December severe craniocerebral injury patients and complicated with intractable hiccup 62 cases were studied,according to the clinical trials of random number method patients were divided into two groups,each 31 cases,control group were treated with routine nursing mode of intervention,the observation group were treated by characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,mainly includes the acupoint massage and acupoint external application of Chinese medicine to stick and auricular plaster therapy characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,after a period of 7 days of intervention,observation were compared between the two groups of clinical effect and patients satisfaction degree and the results were statistical analyzed. Results：Two groups of patients by nursing intervention,compared with before had improved significantly,but the observation group,the total effective rate was 90.32%（28/31）,which was significantly higher than that of control group of 70.97%（22/31）,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. And patients＇ satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology to treat severe craniocerebral injury patients with obstinate hiccup patients effectively,could significantly improve the patients＇ satisfaction,worthy of clinical recommendations.
