An Empirical Study on the Consistency of Internal Ballistic Properties of Simulative Projectiles

围绕不同企业同种型号模拟弹丸内弹道性能一致性的评判问题,首先,通过对不同检验方法的分析,确定了各方法评定结果的意义;其次,结合对比试验数据分析,说明了一致性检验结果与检验方法的关系;最后,依据试验数据一致性检验结果,评定了弹丸弹带尺寸调整对内弹道性能一致性的影响.

The study centres on the issue of evaluating the consistency of internal ballistic properties of projectiles,which are of the same type but are manufactured by different ordnance factories.Firstly,by analyzing the different test methods,the meanings of corresponding evaluation results were defined.Secondly,based on the analysis of the data obtained from contrastive tests,the relationship between consistency test results and different test methods was explained.Finally,depending on the consistency test results of different test data,the effects of the adjustments of bearing band size on the internal ballistic property was evaluated.
