摘要
当航天器的表面介质材料受空间等离子体影响时,电荷会积累在介质材料表面,从而导致航天器表面充电现象的产生,这会对航天器的正常运行造成严重影响.因此,在地面上进行典型介质材料表面充电特性的研究具有重要意义.利用航天器材料表面带电地面模拟实验系统,对航天器的常用介质材料聚酰亚胺和环氧树脂进行辐照实验.实验结果表明:不同种类介质材料在同一辐照条件下充电电位不同,但充电规律相似;在相同电子能量下,束流密度越高,介质材料充电速率越快,平衡电位越大;相同束流密度条件下,电子能量越高,介质材料的平衡电位也随之增大.
Spacecraft surface of dielectric materials,when affected by the space plasma,will lead to charge and discharge phenomenon.This problem threatens the safe operation of the spacecraft in orbit.The research of typical dielectric materials surface charge characteristic on the ground is therefore of great significance.In this paper,experiments were carried out on Kapton and Epoxy materials,by using the spacecraft surface charged ground simulation experiment system.The experimental results show that,when different dielectric materials are under the same irradiation condition,their charging voltage is different,but charge rule is similar.Under the same electron energy,dielectric materials influence the higher electron beam density of electron irradiation,the charging rate faster,and the equilibrium potential will be greater.Under the condition of same electron beam density,the higher the electron energy,dielectric material balance potential has been increased.
