对巡逻勤务工作改革的几点思考

巡逻勤务工作作为一项维护城市社会治安的重要警务活动,是现代化城市实施治安管理手段的重要措施。我国公安机关正式开展巡逻勤务工作以来,在打击犯罪,维护城市社会治安方面起到了巨大的作用。进入新世纪以来,在面对影响城市社会治安的各种因素不断变化的时候,公安机关应该对巡逻的体制机制进行一些改革。完善立法、创新巡逻方式、注重实战模拟培训、完善信息分析机制等应该成为公安机关在改革中更加注重的方面。

As an important safeguarding public security policing activities, patrol duty is an important measure to implement the security management in modern cities. Since the formal implementation of patrol duty by public security organs, it has played a huge role in the fighting against crime, protecting urban social security. Since entering the new century, public security organs should carry out some reforms of the patrol system and mechanism in face of the constantly changing influence factors of urban social security. Public security organs should pay more attention to these aspects, such as perfecting legislation, innovating patrol mode, focusing on the simulation training on the actual combat, and improving information analysis mechanism.
