摘要
为了减少高职学生顶岗实习期间擅自离岗、频繁换岗的现象,分析高职学生顶岗实习期间离岗的原因,从加强挫折教育、人际关系教育、角色心理教育、合理期待教育、职业道德教育和企业文化教育等方面提出解决对策,对提高学生顶岗实习的实效和企业对学校的满意度具有重要意义。
To reduce the phenomenon of higher vocational students leaving without authorization and frequently changing post during post practice, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen frustration education, interpersonal relationship education, role psychological education, reasonable ex- pectation education, occupation moral education and enterprise culture education, which has important significance to improve the effectiveness of students" post practice and enterprises' satisfaction with school.
