新形势下高校征兵工作的思考

Thoughts on College Recruitment Work in New Situation

针对新形势下大学生参军入伍积极性不高和入伍动机功利化的问题,采用实践调研和理论结合实际等方法,从社会环境、大学生国防意识等角度,具体分析出现上述问题的原因,提出促进高校征兵工作顺利开展的对策,即:为高校征兵工作营造良好的社会环境;加强大学生国防教育;进一步完善和改进高校征兵工作运行机制等,对于解决新形势下高校征兵工作出现的问题具有一定的借鉴意义。

Aiming at the problems that college students＇ enthusiasm for joining the army is not high and the motiva- tion is utilitarian in the new situation, using the methods of practice research and theory with practice, this paper specifically analyzes the reasons from the social environment and college students＇ national defense awareness. It puts forward the countermeasures to promote college recruitment work smoothly, namely, create good social environ- ment for college recruitment work; strengthen national defense education for college students; further improve the operation mechanism of college recruitment work, which has certain reference significance to solve the problems of college recruitment work in the new situation.
