Discussion on Improving Higher Vocational Counselors' Employment Guidance Ability in New Situation

面对目前严峻的就业形势,分析高职学生在就业过程中存在的主要问题,提出高职院校辅导员有效促进高职学生就业工作的多种途径,即:提升自身服务水平;开展就业心理疏导工作;建立全程化就业辅导体系;做好个性化、分类化指导工作;加强精准就业服务;构建就业双方互评体系;引导学生树立正确的就业观。

Facing the current severe employment situation, this paper analyzes the main problems of higher voca- tional students＇ employment, and puts forward various ways for higher vocational counselors to effectively promote students＂ employment, namely, improve their service level, carry out employment psychological counseling, con- struct whole process employment guidance system, do individualized and classified guidance work, strengthen accu- rate employment service, construct mutual evaluation system, and guide students to establish correct employment outlook.
