Common Problems and Countermeasures of Numerical Control Lathe Practice Teaching

校内实训是培养、训练、提高高职学生技能要素的关键环节,但在数控车工实训教学过程中,往往因一些因素的影响,导致学生不能较好地掌握基本技能,不能达到理想的教学效果,针对上述问题,在教学讲解、目标考核、技术指导方法等方面提出教学思路和解决方法。

School practice training is the key factor to train and improve higher vocational students＇ skills. But in the process of Numerical Control （NC） lathe practice teaching, students can＇ t better grasp basic skills and achieve ideal teaching effect due to some factors. Aiming at the problems, this paper puts forward the teaching ideas and solutions in teaching explanation, objective assessment, technical guidance methods and so on.
