摘要
苏南某泵站是双向立式轴流泵,在该泵站机组结构改造之后,利用CFD软件建立该泵站的泵装置三维模型,并进行数值模拟计算,得到水力性能参数值。将现场测试结果与数值模拟结果相比较,表明数值模拟的结果与现场测试的结果较为吻合,设计工况下,效率的误差为±1.25%,说明数值模拟方法具备较高精度,其结果具备较高可靠性。在结构改造的基础上,利用数值模拟方法对泵装置进行了局部结构优化:通过改变该泵站泵装置的轮毂比,使泵装置的效率提高了1.44%,通过改变叶轮叶片出口边与导叶进口边的距离,使导叶出口的水力损失得到改善,优化后泵装置具备较好的水力性能。
After a certain bidirectional vertical axial flow pump unit structure in south of Jiangsu be reconstructed, CFD software is used to establish the three-dimensional model. The numerical simulation was carried out to obtain the parameters of the hydraulic performance. By comparing the results of field test and numerical simulation, it shows that the two results are consistent. Under the design conditions ,the error of efficiency is ± 1.25%, which indicate that the numerical simulation results are reliable. By changing the pump unit hub ratio, the efficiency of the pump device is increased by 1.44%. By changing the distance between outlet edge of impeller blade and the inlet edge of guide vane, the hydraulic loss at the outlet of the guide vane is improved. The optimized pump device has better hydraulic performance.
