天南星潜在功能的考察与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Rhizoma Arisaematis' s Potential Function

通过考察古代本草、古代方剂、2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》一部对天南星功能的记载,认为历代本草所载基本功能与《中华人民共和国药典》相一致。但考察古代本草文献所提炼的止痛、活血化瘀、清热解毒、祛风除湿、宁心安神、止痒等功能,以及《普济方》数据库中含天南星复方治疗疼痛、打扑损伤、癥瘕积聚、疮疡、痈疽、诸热、痹病、惊悸、疥癞癣疹等病症,《中华人民共和国药典》未曾收录。综合比较,初步认为止痛、活血化瘀、清热解毒、宁心安神、祛风除湿和止痒是天南星的潜在功能。

Comparison of Rhizoma Arisaematis basic functions in materia medica, formula and Pharmacopoeia are similar. But the function of stopping pain, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, clearing heat and remo- ving toxicity, dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness, tranquilizing mind, relieving itching in materia medica, and the treatment of pain, fractures, abdominal mass, sore and ulcer, abscess, all fever, arthralgia, palpitation due to fright, scabies in the ancient compound formula with Rhizoma Arisaematis,were not contained in Pharmacopoeia. Combined with modem research, we preliminarily confirmed that stopping pain, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, clearing heat and removing toxicity, tranquilizing mind, dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness were the poten-tial functions of Rhizoma Arisaematis.
