摘要
目的:以实寒证大鼠模型及4℃冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔冷痛模型评价不同温度烘干的八角茴香温阳散寒及止痛作用,为确定八角茴香最佳烘干工艺提供实验依据。方法:采用生石膏、龙胆草、黄柏和知母水煎液(2∶1.2∶1∶1.5)灌胃2 d复制实寒证大鼠模型,观察八角茴香不同温度烘干品对实寒证大鼠能量代谢的影响,评价八角茴香不同温度烘干品温阳散寒作用;采用4℃冰醋酸造成小鼠腹部冷痛模型,观察八角茴香不同温度烘干品止痛作用。结果:八角茴香40℃、50℃烘干品可降低实寒证大鼠血浆中乳酸(LD)含量,升高丙酮酸、甘油三酯含量及肝匀浆Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力,减少4℃冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔冷痛引起的扭体次数,50℃烘干品还可降低实寒证大鼠肝匀浆中LD含量;八角茴香60℃、70℃烘干品可升高甘油三酯含量,60℃烘干品还可升高Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力。结论:4种烘干品均具有温阳散寒,40℃、50℃烘干品还具有止痛作用,以40℃、50℃条件烘干八角茴香为宜。
Objective :To evaluate the effect of different processing products in warming Yang for dispelling cold and relieving pain by real cold syndrome rat model and mice model with abdominal pain caused by 4℃ glacial acetic acid. Methods : Copying the real cold syndrome rat model by giving the water decoction ( plaster stone, radix geutianae, cortex phellodendri and rhizoma anemarrhenae,2:1.2 : 1 : 1.5 ) for two days and then observing the different processing products of Illicium Verum effect on energy metabolism of rats ; Using mice model with abdominal pain caused by glacial acetic acid to evaluate the effect of different products in relieving pain. Results : Illicium Verum drying at 40℃ and 50℃ can decrease lactic acid content in plasma of the real cold syndrome rats, increase pyruvic acid, triglyceride levels and liver homogenate Ca2+Mg2+-ATP enzyme activity and reduce body torsion times of mice with abdominal pain caused by 4 ℃ glacial acetic acid ; The products drying at 50℃ t also can decrease lactic acid content in the liver homogenate of the real cold syndrome rats ; Products drying at 60℃ and 70℃ can increase triglyceride levels and 60℃ drying products can also increase Ca2+Mg2+-ATP enzyme activity. Conclusion : Four kinds of products have the effect of warming Yang for dispelling cold and products drying at 40℃; and 50℃ also have the effect of relieving pain. Products dying at 40℃ and 50℃ were better than other two kinds of products in the effect of warming Yang and relieving pain in this study.
