温胆汤方义及应用探析

Explanation and Application of Wendan Decoction

通过查阅记载有温胆汤的古籍、现代学者论述温胆汤的专著及论文,对温胆汤方义及临床应用进行考证与分析发现,古今医家赋予温胆汤五种方义,即清热化痰论、解郁化痰论、达胆和胃论、和胃降胆论、分消走泄论。阐释其产生五种方义的原因为:方中每种药物有多种功效,医家对药物功效的着眼点不同。温胆汤在其五个方义的指导下广泛应用于临床各科及各个系统疾病。

By reviewing ancient classics on traditional Chinese medicine and modern scholars＇ articles which referred to Wendan Decoction ,we concluded that there were 5 kinds of viewpoints about clinical application and usage value. The decoction viewpoints were as follows： Clearing heat and eliminating phlegm theory;Relieving depression and eliminating phlegm theory;Balancing gall bladder and stomach theory;Subduing gall bladder and protecting stomach theory;Separating dispersion and mobilizing discharge theory. These viewpoints came from 2 different reasons which were herbs＇ diversified function and medical scholars＇ different focus. Wendan Decoction was widely used in clinic and almost every system disease under the guidance of its 5 viewpoints.
