Effect of Plant Growth Substance on Growth of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo

目的:探讨植物生长物质在铁皮石斛生长发育中的作用。结果:植物生长调节剂在铁皮石斛的组织培养快繁过程中起到极其重要的作用,主要调控途径有:1通过调节铁皮石斛内源激素的变化以促进铁皮石斛的生长发育;2调节叶绿素含量及蔗糖代谢相关酶的变化来影响铁皮石斛多糖含量的积累变化;3植物生长调节剂可以提高铁皮石斛抗氧化酶的活性,以增加铁皮石斛的抗逆性作用等。讨论:运用分子生物学技术并结合铁皮石斛植物激素的变化、植物激素合成关键酶及基因表达的分析来研究铁皮石斛有效成分含量的变化规律是一条切实可行的研究道路。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of plant growth substance on the growth and development of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. Results ： Plant growth regulator plays a very important role in the process of tissue culture rapid propagation of Dendrobium officinale. The main control methods as follows ： ①To promote the growth of Dendrobium offi- cinale by adjusting the scale of endogenous hormones. ②Regulate chlorophyll content and sucrose metabolism related en- zymes to influence the polysaccharide content accumulation of Dendrobium officinale. ③Plant growth regulators can im- prove the activity of antioxidant enzymes to increase the stress resistance of Dendrobium officinale. Conclusion： It is a practical way to study the changes rule of the effective components content of Dendrobium officinale by using molecular biology technique and combining with the changes of plant hormones of Dendrubium officinale, plant hormone synthesis key enzymes and gene expression analysis.
