摘要
目的:探讨推拿手法延缓周围神经损伤后失神经肌萎缩的作用效应和途径。方法:将失神经支配的家兔90只按照随机数字表分为正常组6只、模型对照组42只和手法治疗组42只,手法治疗组家兔采用按揉法治疗,模型对照组与正常组家兔不做处理。在实验造模成功后的第1、2、3周以及第1、2、4、6月逐月取每个小组的6只新西兰家兔进行实验指标检测腓肠肌肌电图、腓肠肌收缩力、收缩位移。结果:手法治疗组与模型对照组比较,复合肌肉动作电位波幅、收缩力和收缩位移均大与模型对照组,统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法能改善失神经骨骼肌电生理及骨骼肌收缩功能,促进骨骼肌再生修复。
Objective:To observe the changes of CMAP, CTF and CTD in muscle atrophy after Tuina therapy. Meth- ods:Ninety male rabbits with denervated skeletal muscle were randomly divided into the normal group, control group and treatment group. Also begin to treat one day after modeling on the right gastrocnemius muscles every other day and recor- ded the changes of CMAP, CTF and CTD 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks, 1 month,2 months,4 months and 6 months post - modeling. Result : CMAP, CTF and CTD between treatment group and control group had statistical differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :Tuina therapy can improve electrophysiological and contractile function of denervated skeletal muscle.
