参苓白术散对高脂血症小鼠血糖血脂及瘦素水平的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Shenling Baizhu Powder on Blood Lipid,Glucose and Leptin in Hyperlipidemia Mice

摘要 目的:探讨参苓白术散对高脂血症小鼠总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(Glu)及瘦素(Lep)的影响。方法:将小鼠分成3组,空白组(普通饲料+生理盐水),模型组(高脂高糖饲料+生理盐水),参苓白术散组(高脂高糖饲料+参苓白术散)。各组经饲养20 d后筛选合格小鼠灌服相应药物21 d,测定体重、附睾周围脂肪质量、Lee’s指数、血清TC、HDL-C、血糖及Lep的变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组小鼠体重、附睾周围脂肪质量、Lee’s指数、TC、Glu及Lep水平均显著增高(P<0.05),HDL-C显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,参苓白术散组小鼠TC、Lep水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散可降低高脂高糖小鼠TC、Lep水平,其调脂作用可能与改善瘦素抵抗有关。 Objective : To explore the effects of Shenling Baizhu Powder on glucose (Glu) , total cholesterol( TC ), high -density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C) and leptin(Lep) in hyperlipidemia mice. Methods:KM male mice were ran- domly divided into 4 group:control group( normal diet and gavaged with saline) , model group( hyperlipidemia and hyper- glycemia diet and gavaged with saline), group of Shenling Baizhu Powder( hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia diet and ga- vage with Shenling Baizhu Powder). After feeding for 20 d, screen the qualified mice and take corresponding drug for 21 d in various group. The body weight, epididymis adipose mass, Lee' s index, TC, HDL - C, Glu and Lep levels were meas- ured after treatment. Results : Compared with the control group, the body weight, epididymisadipose mass, Lee' s index, TC, HDL- C , Glu and Lep levels were increased obviously in the model group(P 〈 0. 05), but the HDL- C levels were decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, compared with the model group, the TC and Lep levels were de- creased obviously in the group of Shenling Baizhu Powder( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu Powder can lower TC and Lep levels in hyperlipidemia model mice. The mechanism may be related to improvement of leptin resistance.
