摘要 目的:正交优化甘草中甘草酸的提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法建立甘草酸含量的测量方法;考察提取时间、提取次数、提取温度、液固比和乙醇浓度对提取效果的影响;在单因素实验的基础上进行正交试验,采用正交表L9(34)优化甘草酸的提取工艺。结果:建立甘草酸的含量测定方法;通过考察5个单因素,结合正交试验优化得到甘草酸的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度为50℃,液固比为8∶1,提取次数为3次(每次为1h)。结论:本实验优化的甘草酸提取工艺简单稳定,成本低,适用于工业化生产,可为含甘草酸的制剂工艺研究提供参考。 Objective: To optimize the crude extraction process of Glycyrrhizic acid in Licorice. Method:The determination method of Glyeyrrhizic acid used UV spectrophotometry. We investigated the effects of extraction time, extraction times, extraction temperature, ratio of liquid to solid and ethanol concentration on the extraction results. On the basis of the single factor experiment,we adopted orthogonal design experiments to further optimize the extraction process with or- thogonal table L9 (34 ). Results : The method for determining the content of licorice acid was established. Optimum extrac- tion conditions of licorice acid was to optimize the extraction process of Glycyrrhizic acid through 5 single factors and or- thogonal experiment : extraction temperature 50℃ ,liquid to solid ratio 8 : 1, extraction times 3 times ( every time 1 h). Conclusion:The optimized extraction process of Glycyrrhizic acid is simple and stable,with low cost, suitable for industrial production, and can provide references for the study of technology and other preparations containing Glycyrrhizic acid.
