摘要
目的:通过单因素实验筛选和响应面分析,确定闪式提取白蔹多糖的最优工艺条件。方法:以中药白蔹为原料,通过单因素试验,以料液比、电压、提取时间为自变量,确定主要影响因素;通过响应面分析法确定闪式提取白蔹多糖的最优工艺条件。结果白蔹多糖的闪式提取最优工艺条件为料液比(g/m L)1∶25,电压220 V,提取时间110 s,此条件下提取白蔹多糖的理论提取率为10.14%,验证实验中白蔹多糖的提取率为9.92%。结论:闪式提取法适合白蔹多糖的提取,该方法提取率高,提取时间少,具有快捷、方便的优点。
Objective:Through a single -factor experiment and the response surface analysis, the optimal technique process which is an extraction method of the homogenate extracting Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino polysaccharides was determined. Methods : To determine the optimum process conditions of Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino polysac-charities homogenate extracting abased on response surface analysis, we chose Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino as raw material, the solid -liquid ratio, voltage and extraction time were considered as independent variable in single factor experiment. Results : Optimal process conditions of Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino polysaeeharides with homogenate extraction are as follows: solid -liquid ratio (g/mL) was 1:25, the voltage was 220 V and the extraction time was 110 s, theoretical extrationrate Ampelopsisjaponica ( Thunb ) Makino polysaccharide was 1 0 . 1 4 % and the extraction rate was 9.92% in validation experiments. Conclusion:Homogenate extraction method was suitable for extracting Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino polysaccharides and this method has advantages in high extraction efficiency and less extraction time.
