BmNPV(核型多角体)病毒病是养蚕生产上最常见、危害最严重的一类蚕病,选育对BmNPV高抗力的家蚕品种是家蚕品种选育的主要攻关课题之一。为了摸清四川现行蚕品种资源对BmNPV的抗性以及和国内高抗BmNPV蚕品种的差异,本文通过人工经口添食BmNPV病毒的方法对川山、蜀水等20多个四川省主要家蚕品种的抗BmNPV性能进行了检测,旨在掌握不同品种对BmNPV抗性差异,筛选对BmNPV高抗性的育种素材,为选育BmNPV高抗病品种奠定基础。试验结果显示:不同品种对BmNPV抗性存在显著差异,其中871C、872C对BmNPV的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))均达10~9p/mL以上,对BmNPV的抗性显著。其它品种对BmNPV的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))分布在10~4~10~5p/mL范围内,对BmNPV的抗性差异不明显。
BmNPV is one of the most common and serious silkworm disease. Breeding of BmNPV - high resistance of the silkworm variety is the main research topic of current variety breeding. In order to grasp the difference between different silkworm varieties of BmNPV resistance and the difference of BmNPV - high resistance between varieties in domestic, we had tested the BmNPV resistance of current main silkworm varieties in Sichuan province like Chuanshan and Shushui through artificial mouth lick. The aim of this study was to investigate different resistance of silkworm varieties to BmNPV, and to screen breeding materials with high resistance to BmNPV, which laid the foundation of BmNPV high resistant varieties breeding. The test results showed that the resistance to BmNPV between different varieties was significant and 50% lethal concentration of 871c and 872c to BmNPV was 109 p/ml. The differences between the other varieties of the resistance to BmNPV was not significant, and the median lethal concentration (LC50) ranged from 10^4 to 10^5 p/mL.
