在"大众创业,全民创新"和"互联网+"的时代背景下,习近平高度重视青年创新创业,号召全社会支持青年创新创业,并呼吁青年走在创新创业的前列。习近平创新创业观对青年创新创业具有重要的启示。当前我国青年创新创业面临着"机遇多、速度快,经验少,挑战多"的现状,青年创新创业要以提高青年素质为核心点,以开展创新创业教育为着力点,以建立完善的创新创业服务机制为支撑点,即做好"三个点"的工作。

Under the background of ＂ public entrepreneurship,mass innovation＂ and ＂ Internet plus＂,President Xi attaches great importance to youth innovation and entrepreneurship.He calls on the whole society to support youth innovation and entrepreneurship,and encourages the youth to stand in the forefront of innovation and entrepreneurship.Currently,youth in China is faced with a series of problems in their innovation and entrepreneurship,such as more opportunities and challenges,fast speed and less experience.President Xi＇s views of innovation and entrepreneurship provide the following significant implications for youth innovation and entrepreneurship：the key point is to improve the quality of youth;the acting point is to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education;and the supporting point is to improve the service mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship.
