摘要
文章以传统德育模式"说教、兴趣、环境"为比较,创造性地提出了中职学校"做事、需要、体验"的新德育模式;以"行动德育课程"的创新理念和高度,诠释了"做事、需要、体验"的新德育功能;并以浙江信息工程学校"一个体系、三个模块,三大目标、五级育人"行动德育课程的创新开发与实践为例,解读了行动德育课程的创新内涵与操作程式。
This paper proposes the new model of medal education as working, requiring and experiencing compared with the traditional model of expounding, interest and environment. Furthermore, the paper explains the new function of this model from the view of action in curricu- lum of moral education. Finally, the paper analyzes the innovative connotation and practical forms from the Zhejiang formation engineering schooVs experience named one system, three modules, three goals and education with five classes.
