某院门诊患者麻醉药品的使用及其不合理用药处方分析

Analysis on Narcotic Drugs for Clinical Usage and Unreasonable Prescriptions in Out-patient of A Hospital

目的:分析医院门诊麻醉药品的使用及其不合理用药处方的原因。方法:收集整理2014年1月—2015年12月间麻醉药品处方,归纳和分析麻醉药品的使用情况和不合理用药处方发生的原因。结果:医院麻醉药品用药基本合理,但在用法用量上仍存在问题,处方合格率有待提高。结论:进一步加强麻醉药品的规范化管理,遵循三阶梯原则合理使用麻醉药品。

Objective： To analyze the narcotics drugs for clinical usage and the causes of unreasonable prescriptions in out-patient of a hospital. Methods： Narcotic drugs prescriptions from January 2014 to December 2015 were collected, collated and analyzed. And the reasons of narcotic drugs use and the unreasonable prescriptions was found out. Results： Hospital narcotics use was basically reasonable, but there were still problems in the usage and dosage. And the qualified rate of prescription need to be improved. Conclusion： The management of narcotic drugs need further strengthened. And to the principle of steps 3 in the rational use of narcotic drugs should be followed.
