品管圈活动在缩短复方玄驹胶囊生产周期中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Shortening Cycle Time of Compound Xuanju Capsule

目的:分析品管圈活动在缩短复方玄驹胶囊生产周期中的应用,确保临床用药供应顺畅。方法:在制剂室开展品管圈活动,分析复方玄驹胶囊生产过程中问题的类型及其发生的原因,提出对策,计算目标达标率,探索对差错结果的改进方法。结果:开展品管圈活动后,复方玄驹胶囊的生产周期由活动前的36.62 d降到25.3 d,目标达标率为95.76%。结论:这次品管圈活动,缩短了复方玄驹胶囊的生产周期,提高了组员主动发现问题、解决问题的能力,增强了团队凝聚力和药师的自信心与责任心。

Objective： To analyze the usage of Quality Control Circle （QCC） activities in shortening the production cycle time of compound Xuanju capsule and to ensure the clinical medication supplying smoothly. Methods： The mode is to carry out QCC activity in the preparation room; the types and reasons of the error in production process of compound Xuanju capsule were analyzed, the countermeasures and the suggestions were proposed, the target success rate was calculated and then the improved method fbr the error was explored. Results： After the QCC activity, the production cycle of compound Xuanju capsule was reduced from 36.6 days to 25.3 days and, the percentage of achieving goal was 95.76%. ConcLusion： The production cycle of compound Xuanju capsule was shortened owing to the QCC activity. All of these have improved the ability of staff to find problems and solve problems have strengthened the team cohesiveness, and have enhanced the sense of responsibility and self-confidence of pharmacists.
