右美托咪定与依托咪酯对患者胃癌全麻醉根治术后疼痛与感染的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价右美托咪定与依托咪酯对患者胃癌全麻醉根治术的麻醉效果和对术后疼痛与感染的影响。方法:选取2014年11月—2015年11月收治的胃癌根治术患者102例为研究对象,将其分为对照组51例及观察组51例;对照组患者给予依托咪酯麻醉,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用右美托咪定麻醉;比较两组患者全麻醉手术后疼痛和感染的发生率。结果:观察组患者术后疼痛及感染的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛及感染的评分值远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌根治术患者的全麻采用右美托咪定与依托咪酯联用的辅助麻醉,可减轻其术后疼痛程度,降低了感染的发生率与危害性。
