摘要
本文全面系统地介绍了天津港集团码头泊位按照交通运输部的要求,对现有泊位超过原设计等级靠泊情况进行了梳理,有计划、有步骤地从天津港集团生产性泊位进行限定条件下减载靠泊、缓冲期减载靠泊,过渡到对码头结构进行加固改造提升等级,使得码头结构的设计等级与靠泊等级相一致。
The paper describes in full details the consolidation and renovation of the berth structures in Tianjin port in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport. The consolidation and renovation of the berth structures are based on the analysis of the situations in which the berths are generally used to accommodate ships larger than the design ships. In planned steps, the situations are gradually changed from berthing the ships under limited conditions to transforming and upgrading the existing berth structures, so that the deisnged grade of the berth in terms of ship tonnage is consistent to the sizes of ships to be berthed at the berth.
