天津港南疆某高桩码头检测分析

摘要 因为高桩码头适应荷载变化和超载的能力较差,为了及时了解码头的安全状态和和存在的问题,定期对码头结构进行安全性和耐久性检测评估。使码头结构构件在未发生较严重破损前得到,及时消除安全隐患,及时维修也可降低维修费用,确保码头的安全运转,从而达到安全成产,延长码头使用年限的目的。 Berth structures with deck suspended on piles are less adaptable to variation of loads and overloads. To learn in time about the state of integrity of a berth structure and the existing problems, it is necessary to conduct inspection and testing on the berth structure, followed by the assessment and evaluation of its safety and durability, on regular basis. Such inspection and testing have been done on a berth in Tianjin Port, so that damages have been detected before they become failures, and the repair in time have helped saving in the maintenance cost. The safe operation of the berth in its service life is therefore ensured.
