摘要
鉴于双级矩阵变换器的最大电压传输比为0.866的固有缺陷,利用quasi-Z源网络与双级矩阵变换器相结合提出一种新型的双级矩阵变换器的拓扑结构,利用quasi-Z源网络的升压特性提高电压传输比。分析quasi-Z源网络加入到双级矩阵变换器中的拓扑结构与工作原理,推导出电压传输比公式;然后介绍quasi-Z源双级矩阵变换器的整流级和逆变级的空间矢量调制方法。并通过仿真对该新型拓扑结构的可行性进行验证。仿真结果表明:加入quasi-Z源网络后可以提高电压传输比。
In view of the maximum two-stage matrix converter voltage transfer ratio inherent defects 0. 866,the using of quasi-Z source network and two-stage matrix converter combining a novel two-stage matrix converter topology,the using of quasi-Z source boost voltage characteristics of the network to improve the transfer ratio. By analying the topology and working principle of two-stage matrix converter which was added quasi-Z source network derived voltage transmission ratio formula; then introduced rectifier stage and inverter stage space vector quasi-Z source twostage matrix converter modulation method. The feasibility of the new topology simulation was verified. The simulation results showed that after adding quasi-Z source network could improve the voltage transfer ratio.
