局部皮瓣在面部肿瘤切除美容修复中的应用体会

The application of local skin flap in cosmetic repair of facial tumor resection

目的探讨局部皮瓣在面部肿瘤美容修复中的应用。方法采用局部皮瓣一期修复面部肿瘤切除术后缺损30例;其中色素痣8例,各种囊肿12例,脂溢性角化病7例,磷癌2例,日光放射性角病1例。缺损面积在2.0cm×1.5cm^4.0cm×3.0cm之间,均采用临近局部皮瓣修复,其中皮下蒂"风筝"皮瓣9例,旋转皮瓣13例,楔形皮瓣5例,A-T皮瓣3例,观察术后修复效果。结果 30例皮瓣全部成活,手术切口均一期愈合,术区外形恢复满意,无继发畸形,皮瓣质地、色泽、感觉均与周围皮肤接近,面部供区瘢痕隐蔽、细小;结论对于面部肿瘤术后患者实施局部皮瓣修复,手术效果理想,患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the application of local flap in facial cosmetic repair. Methods 30 cases of facial tumor resection were treated with local skin flap, including 8 cases of pigmented nevus, 12 cases of various cysts, 7 cases of seborrheic keratosis, 2 cases of pharyngeal carcinoma and 1 case of radiation keratosis. The defect area was between 2.0cm×1.5cm - 4.0cm×3.0cm, and the local skin flap was used to repair the skin flap. There were 9 cases of subcutaneous ＂kite＂ flap, 13 cases of rotating flap, 5 cases of cortical flap, Flap in 3 cases to observe the effect of postoperative repair. Results All the 30 flaps survived and the incision healed in one time. The appearance of the surgical region was satisfactory and no secondary deformity was found. The texture, color and feeling of the flap were close to the surrounding skin, and the facial scar was scarce. Conclusion After operation, local flap repair was performed. The operation result was satisfactory and patient satisfaction was high.
