责任导师制在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的实践和探讨 被引量:9

摘要 住院医师规范化培训是医学教育的重要组成部分,是提高医院医疗水平和发展临床医学的科技战略措施。培养合格的儿科医师是解决目前儿科临床医师缺失的一个主要途径。该文通过总结多年来住院医师规范化培训经验,通过调查受训者临床技术水平、科研能力等指标,分析责任导师制在整个规范化培训过程中所发挥的作用,证实二者结合可相互弥补缺点,相得益彰,能有效提高受训医师临床技能水平、提升科研能力、有利于增进二者感情,达到教学相长的目的,为儿科及其他临床学科的住院医师规范化培训提供了新的思路和手段。 Standardized training of pediatric residents plays an important role in medical further education,which is regarded as a strategy in advancing clinical practice. It is also a crucial approach to resolve the deficiency of qualified residential pediatrician. In the present paper,the experiences of training pediatric residents through analyzing the advantages of tutors' sysytem in the training process were summarized and the results showed that the tutors' participation in the residency training could effectively improve the clinical skills and enhance the scientific research ability of trainees. The introduction of tutors' system in the residency training provided new ideas and practical pathway for the standardized training of pediatric residents.
