浅谈传统药学本科毕业生毕业实习带教创新措施

探讨我国医学本科毕业学生的毕业实习工作内容,针对传统的实习带教模式进行创新角度的分析,希望能够在实际的工作和教学过程当中不断的优化和完善实习工作体系,满足未来长久的医药学教学可持续发展要求。关注药学本科的学生在实际的实习工作中可能遇到的影响因素,提出完善实际工作的方式和方法,建议从实习工作的形式、内容和考核制度层面进行改革,建立一个优化的实习体系和结果,让学生在学习的过程当中树立良好的思维和意识态度,鼓励学生积极的从事相关类型的工作,提升毕业生的实习质量,促进毕业生尽早的进入工作的状态,为后续的工作奠定良好的思想基础,鼓励毕业生服务于医疗工作体系。

To explore the theme of Chinese medical undergraduate graduate student graduation internship content,analysis of practice teaching mode innovation of the traditional point of view,to work and the actual teaching process of continuous improvement and optimization of the internship system,meet the needs of the future sustainable development of medical teaching for a long time requirements. Influence factors of concern of pharmacy undergraduate students may encounter in the practice of the actual work,put forward to perfect the practical work methods and suggestions of reform from the form,content and assessment system work in practice,to establish an optimized system and practice results,let students establish good thinking and consciousness in learning attitude the process,encourage students to actively engage in related types of work,enhance the practice quality of graduates,promote the graduates as soon as possible to enter the work state,lay a good ideological basis for the followup work,encourage graduates in medical service system.
