糖尿病诊断中血糖与尿糖检验价值比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Blood Glucose and Urine Glucose Test Value in Diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察比较糖尿病诊断中血糖与尿糖检验的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病患者110例（2013年5月~2016年5月）作为研究对象,所有患者均进行血糖与尿糖检验。比较糖尿病患者检验后的尿糖水平、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖水平。结果检测后,110例糖尿病患者中共检测出尿糖阴性患者10例,占比9.09%,其中2例为空腹血糖正常,在尿糖阴性中占比20.00%,3例为餐后2 h血糖正常,占比30.00%;血糖检验中,空腹血糖正常7例,占比6.36%;明显升高78例,占比70.91%;餐后2 h血糖中正常8例,占比7.27%;血糖明显升高76例,占比69.09%。结论尿糖检验为阴性可作为临床上排除糖尿病的诊断依据,同步进行空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖水平的检验可保证诊断的准确性。

Objective The application value of blood glucose and urine glucose to compare the diabetes diagnosis test. Methods 110 diabetic patients in our hospital were selected cases（May 2013 to 2016 May） as the research object,all patients with blood glucose and urine glucose test were. After testing,we compared with the urine glucose levels,fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose level in diabetic patients. Results After testing,110 cases of diabetic patients were detected in 10 cases of urine negative patients,accounting for 9.09%,including 2 cases of normal fasting blood glucose,urine negative in 3 cases accounted for 20.00% to 2 hours postprandial blood glucose to normal,accounting for 30.00%,blood glucose test,normal fasting blood glucose in 7 cases,accounting for 6.36%,significantly increased in 78 cases,accounting for 70.91%,2 hours postprandial blood glucose in normal in 8 cases,accounting for 7.27%,the blood glucose was significantly increased in 76 cases,accounting for 69.09%. Conclusion Urine test negative can be used as a diagnostic basis for clinical exclusion of diabetes,fasting blood glucose and postprandial synchronous test of 2 hours blood glucose level can ensure the accuracy of diagnosis.
