探讨全面生化反应检测沙门氏菌的实验诊断应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的对全面生化反应检测沙门氏菌的实验诊断应用价值进行分析。方法选取60例疑似沙门氏菌感染患者,时间为2015年7月~2016年10月,患者均出现急性腹泻的情况,对患者的粪便用全面生化反应的方法以及常规检验方法进行检测,并对检测的结果进行分析。结果疑似沙门氏菌感染患者经常规检验,其阳性率为10.00%,阴性率为90.00%;患者经全面生化反应检测,其阳性率为23.33%,阴性率为76.67%。疑似沙门氏菌感染患者经全面生化反应检测,其检测结果的阳性率高于常规检验的阳性率(P〈0.05)。结论全面生化反应检验在沙门氏菌检测中应用,具有较高的价值,可以提高检出率,为患者的治疗提供依据,且操作简单。 Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive biochemical reaction in the detection of Salmonella. Methods 60 cases of patients with suspected Salmonella infection,from July 2015 to October 2016,the patients showed acute diarrhea,were detected in the faeces of patients with comprehensive biochemical reaction method and conventional test method and the test results were analyzed. Results The positive rate was 10.00%,the negative rate was 90.00%,the positive rate was 23.33%,the negative rate was 76.67%. The positive rate of the detection results of the patients with suspected Salmonella infection was higher than that of the routine test(P〈0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive biochemical reaction test in the detection of Salmonella in the application,with high value,can improve the detection rate,to provide the basis for the treatment of patients,and the operation is simple.
