摘要
目的分析高危型人乳头状瘤病毒、膜式液基薄层细胞学技术和阴道镜检测在宫颈病变早期诊断中的应用。方法选择我院经TCT检查细胞学异常的患者500例,300例患者选择杂交捕获技术进行HR-HPV检测,350例患者给予阴道镜检测,同时留取宫颈组织活检;对检测结果进行分析比较。结果应用HR-HPV检测能让TCT假阴性有效降低,在宫颈细胞学检查级别不断增加的过程中,HR-HPV阳性率也相应提高(P<0.05)。应用阴道镜下宫颈活检能让HR-HPV检测漏诊率有效降低。在宫颈细胞学检查级别不断增加的过程中,CIN发生率、HPV感染发生率、病理诊断HPV感染率也相应提高(P<0.05)。结论在对子宫颈病变进行早期诊断时,HR-HVP、TCT和阴道镜检测时非常重要的辅助检查手段,联合应用三种检测方式能让临床检出率有效提高。
Objective Analysis of high-risk human papillomavirus,membrane liquid based cytology and colposcopy in the early diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods 500 cases of our hospital patients with abnormal cytology by TCT examination,300 patients choose hybrid capture technology for HR-HPV detection,350 cases were treated with colposcopy,cervical biopsy specimens and the detection results were analyzed and compared. Results The application of HR-HPV could reduce the false negative effect of TCT effectively,and the positive rate of HR-HPV increased correspondingly in the process of cervical cytology level(P〈0.05). Colposcopy cervical biopsy could make HR-HPV detection missed rate effectively reduced. In the process of cervical cytology level increasing,the incidence of CIN,the incidence of HPV infection,the pathological diagnosis of HPV infection rate also increased(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the early diagnosis of cervical lesions,HR-HVP,TCT and colposcopy detection is very important auxiliary examination means,combined with three detection methods can make clinical detection rate effectively improve.
