乳腺癌改良根治术在早期乳腺癌治疗中的应用效果分析

Effect of Modified Radical Mastectomy on Early Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术对早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取早期乳腺癌患者80例,分为两组,各40例。对照组行乳腺癌根治术,观察组行乳腺癌改良根治术。结果对比3年生存率与复发率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比平均住院时间与术后并发症发生率,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论乳腺癌改良根治术与乳腺癌根治术疗效相当,但乳腺癌改良根治术能缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer. Methods Select 80 cases of breast cancer patients were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group underwent radical mastectomy and the observation group underwent modified radical mastectomy. Results Comparing the 3 year survival rate and recurrence rate,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,the average hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate,the observation group was better than the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Breast cancer modified radical mastectomy and radical mastectomy are equivalent,but modified radical mastectomy can shorten the length of stay,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
