不同切口白内障超声乳化术后疗效对比研究进展

The Contrast Research Progress of the Outcome After Cataract Phacoemulsification With Different Incision

随着白内障手术方式的变化与更新,透明角膜切口下的白内障超声乳化术俨然已经成为我国乃至全球最普遍的白内障手术方式,该手术方式以操作时间短、安全性高、手术创伤小、术后愈合快而被广大患者所认可。随着超声乳化术和折叠晶体的飞速发展,透明角膜切口的尺寸也在不断减小。但不同方式的切口以及不同尺寸的透明角膜切口下的白内障超声乳化吸除术对白内障患者角膜屈光状态、视觉质量、泪膜稳定性及黄斑区视网膜厚度的影响也不尽相同,本文回顾了近年来该方面的国内外研究文献,将相关研究的进展进行简要综述。

With the change and update of the way of cataract surgery,nowadays,the phacoemulsification with clear corneal incision has become the most common way of cataract surgery in our country and even in the world. At the same time,the operation method is recognized by the vast number of patients,because of short operation time,high security,small surgical trauma,quickly postoperative healing. In recent decades,with the rapid development of phaco and folding crystal,the size clear corneal incision has already been reduced.However,different ways of incision and different sizes of clear corneal incision of the phacoemulsification can result in different influence to our eyes,such as corneal refraction,visual quality,stability of tear film and macular retinal thickness,in recent years are reviewed in this paper the research literature at home and abroad,the progress of the related research are reviewed.
