多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心肌梗死后左心衰竭70例临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of 70 Cases of Left Heart Failure Dopamine Combined Nitroprusside Treatment After Myocardial Infarction

目的探究多巴胺与硝普钠联合应用于心肌梗死后左心衰竭中的治疗效果。方法我院2015年2月~2016年4月的70例心肌梗死后左心衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组35例、观察组35例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗。观察两组临床效果、症状缓解及住院情况。结果观察组总有效概率为91.43%,高于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组症状缓解时间为（2.89±1.67）d,住院时间为（10.15±2.42）d,均优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论多巴胺联合硝普钠应用于心肌梗死后左心衰竭的治疗中,效果显著,能够有效缓解病情,帮助患者尽早康复。

Objective To investigate dopamine and sodium nitroprusside combined with left heart failure after myocardial infarction in the treatment effect. Methods From February 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital,70 patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction as the research object,randomly divided into the control group of 35 cases,the observation group of 35 cases. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,on the basis of this,the observation group used dopamine combined nitroprusside treatment. The clinical effect,symptom remission and hospitalization of two groups were observed. Results The total effective probability of the observation group was 91.43%,higher than that of thecontrol group,P〈0.05,the remission time of the observation group was（2.89±1.67） d,hospitalization time was（10.15±2.42） d,were better than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Treatment of dopamine combined nitroprusside in left heart failure after myocardial infarction,the effect is significant,can effectively relieve the illness,help patients recover as soon as possible.
