依帕司他联合甲钴胺片在糖尿病神经病变的应用分析

Epalrestat Combined With Mecobalamin Tablets in the Application Analysis of Diabetic Neuropathy

目的观察糖尿病并发神经病变患者进行依帕司他片和甲钴胺片联合给药治疗的临床效果,分析其联合应用价值。方法将我院自2015年1月~2016年4月确诊的70例糖尿病神经病变患者,随机纳入对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组患者给予依帕司他片治疗,治疗组患者给予依帕司他片和甲钴胺片联合治疗。观察和比较两组患者的临床治疗的总有效率及其副反应的发生率情况。结果治疗组患者经过治疗后的总有效率高于对照组（97.14%vs.82.86%）,且其副反应发生率低于对照组（5.71%vs.22.86%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且两组患者的副反应均在短期内自行好转。结论糖尿病并发神经病变患者联合应用依帕司他片和甲钴胺片两种药物进行治疗的临床疗效较好,其安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of diabetic neuropathy in patients with Epalrestat Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets combined drug treatment,analysis of the combined application value. Methods 70 patients with diabetic neuropathy diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group had 35 cases. The control group were treated with Epalrestat Tablets treatment,the treatment group were treated with combined treatment of Epalrestat Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets. The total effective rate and the incidence of side effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The patients in the treatment group after treatment the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group（97.14% vs. 82.86%）,and the incidence of side effects was lower than the control group（5.71% vs. 22.86%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the side effects of the two groups both in the short term to improve. Conclusion Diabetic neuropathy in patients with combined application of Epalrestat Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets two kinds of drug treatment clinical curative effect is better,higher safety.
