化疗致白细胞减少者应用参附注射液治疗对白细胞及KPS评分影响分析

Chemotherapy-Induced Leukopenia Application Shenfu Treatment WBC and KPS Score Impact Analysis

目的通过观察参附注射液治疗化疗致白细胞减少对白细胞及KPS评分的影响,为临床化疗患者规范治疗提供参考。方法选取我院80例肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分组为对照组与观察组,各40例。根据患者病情不同分别采用GP或TP方案治疗;观察组于化疗基础行采用参附注射液治疗;对照组于化疗基础上采用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子皮下注射治疗。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者的血小板计数、血红蛋白、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞等都有明显的升高现象,但观察组升高较对照组显著,P<0.05;与治疗前相比具有显著差异,P<0.05。结论采用参附注射液治疗可有效减少化疗所引起的白细胞损伤,改善患者生活质量,且无明显不良反应,从而保障化疗顺利进行。

Objective By observing Shenfu chemotherapy-induced neutropenia impact on WBC and KPS score,which can provide a reference for the standard treatment of chemotherapy clinic. Methods 80 cases of cancer patients grouped according to the random number table for the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. Depending upon the patients were using different GP or TP regimen,observation group Shenfu chemotherapy treatment on the basis of the line,the control group using recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor subcutaneous treatment for chemotherapy basis. After chemotherapy were observed changes in white blood cell count,neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelet count,quality of life（KPS） score and adverse reactions. ResultsTwo groups of patients white blood cell count change,neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelet count was significantly higher than before treatment,but the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P〈0.05,two groups of patients before treatment after treatment compared with KPS scores significantly increased,but the rise in the observation group than in the control group increased more significantly,P〈0.05. Two liver and kidney function was normal to happen. ConclusionUsing Shenfu treatment can effectively reduce white blood cell damage caused by chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients,and no significant adverse reactions,in order to protect the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
