复方丹参滴丸胶囊与阿司匹林联用治疗冠心病的临床疗效与安全性探讨

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills Combined With Aspirin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸胶囊与阿司匹林联用治疗冠心病的临床疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2015年3月~2016年4月收治的56例冠心病患者的临床资料,采用数字单双号的模式分为对照组（单用阿司匹林）与观察组（复方丹参滴丸胶囊与阿司匹林联用）,每组28例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率与血脂水平指标均优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论针对冠心病患者,采用复方丹参滴丸胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗具有临床疗效显著、安全性高的优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 56 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016,by using digital single and double mode is divided into control group（aspirin alone） and observation group（Compound Danshen Pill capsule and aspirin）,28 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy,blood lipid level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and blood lipid level of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease,the use of Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with aspirin treatmenthas significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
