稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果观察

Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined With Amiodarone in the Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated With Arrhythmia

目的探究与分析稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果。方法选取我院收治的90例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者,采取随机数字表发分为单独用药组与联合用药组,每组各45例,单独用药组给予胺碘酮,联合用药组给予胺碘酮+稳心颗粒,对比两组临床疗效及心功能指标。结果联合用药组的临床总有效率明显高于单独用药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前相比LVEF升高、LVEDV降低、LVESV降低、HR降低、SBP降低、DBP降低,联合用药组与单独用药组相比上述指标改善更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果显著,可有效改善心功能指标。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia. Methods Selected our hospital 90 cases of heart failure combined with arrhythmia patients,randomly divided into hair to take medication alone group and combination group,45 cases in each group. The treatment group received amiodarone alone,combined treatment group treated with amiodarone and Wenxin granule,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and heart function index. Results The total effective rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The two groups after treatment compared with before treatment,LVEF increased,LVEDV decreased,LVESV decreased,decreased HR,SBP decreased,DBP decreased,the combined group and single drug group compared to the index improved more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure combined with arrhythmia is significant,which can effectively improve the cardiac function.
