心力衰竭合并心律失常的药物治疗观察与临床护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Patients With Heart Failure Complicated With Arrhythmia

目的观察心衰合并心律失常的药物治疗与临床护理效果。方法根据随机数字法将70例患者分成两组,两组均给予常规治疗和胺碘酮治疗,对照组35例患者,给予常规护理,观察组35例患者,给予综合护理干预,分析比较两组的不良反应发生率等指标。结果观察组血压改善情况明显优于对照组,不良反应发生率、护理满意度明显比对照组好,P<0.05。结论心衰合并心律失常者药物治疗时配合综合护理干预,可有效改善其血压水平,提高用药安全性。

Objective Clinical observation and nursing care of patients with heart failure combined with arrhythmia. Methods According to the random number of 70 patients were divided into two groups,two groups were given routine treatment and amiodarone treatment,35 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the observation group 35 patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention,analysis of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups occurrence rate index. Results The improvement of blood pressure in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with heart failure combined with arrhythmia,can effectively improve their blood pressure,improve the safety of medication.
